Organization Culture Introduction Organization culture is the basic assumptions and beliefs that are shared by members of an organization, that operate unconsciously and define in a basic taken for granted fashion on organization’s view of itself and its environment (Armstrong, 2012) . Culture defines the character of the organization. Organization culture refer to ways of acting, thinking, and evaluating issues and savings problems. It can include shared values, beliefs and assumptions. Culture may also include a set of shared ethical beliefs about what is right and wrong, and how people in organization ought to behave. All employees within an organization may share the same cultural attitudes.
